PROVISION OF EVENT ORGANIZATION SERVICES CYBERCRIME (23 LOTS)

Dear colleagues,

I am reaching out to you either in your capacity of contact points in your respective country for activities carried out by the Cybercrime Programme Office, or because in the past you have already worked with us in the organization of events.

This message is to inform you that the Secretary General of the Council of Europe has decided to launch a call for tenders for a framework contract  for the provision of event organization services at meetings organised by C-PROC.

As you may find in the enclosed notice, your country has been included in the list.

We deem this initiative very important to facilitate the organization of events in our capacity building programmes, and its success will depend on a large distribution of this tender, so that suitable entities apply from all the mentioned countries.

I would therefore request your kind collaboration in distributing this notice as widely as possible to suitable counterparts in your countries.

The link to the tender’s documents is included, together with some background information and the deadline for application, which is set to 18 September 2019.

For any information concerning this call for tenders, you may send your questions by e-mail to until one week before the deadline for submissions of tenders.

The replies will be published on the website weekly until the deadline expires.
